Ericha Rupp
CEO & Owner, Internship & Practicum Director
About Me
Ericha Rupp is the CEO & Owner of Note-Able Music Therapy Services of MN, LLC specializing in music therapy for individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities, mental health, and special needs. With extensive experience working with children, adolescents and young adults, she excels in supporting emotional regulation, communication, cognition, and motor skills, prioritizing connection, and motor skills. with complicated behaviors involving self-regulation, emotional regulation, communication skills, cognitive skills, and motor skills. Her strengths as a therapist is her ability to connect with her clients to understand their needs and goals.
Beyond therapy, Ericha is a mother of two, a wife, and a pet owner. She also volunteers on a few local, regional, and national boards to further advance the profession and advocate for state regulation.

Ellie Mehr
About Me
Ellie specializes in working with individuals of all ages with autism, Down syndrome, ADHD, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, sensory processing disorder, anxiety, depression, and other developmental and cognitive disabilities. Her experience spans early childhood programs, schools, residential care facilities, adult day programs, and client homes, fostering positive interactions through music in both individual and group settings.
Beyond therapy, Ellie teaches percussion programs locally and nationally. She enjoys the outdoors, reading, and spending time with family, friends, and her white cat, Pearl.

Anna Boeser
About Me
Anna values strong therapeutic relationships and tailors her approach using vocals, piano, guitar, ukulele, percussion, and other instruments. She works with individuals of all ages with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, Angelman syndrome, Tuberous Sclerosis Complex, cerebral palsy, fetal alcohol syndrome, anxiety, and more.
Beyond therapy, she enjoys reading, weightlifting, lacrosse, family time, and traveling.

Bryan Haggerty
About Me
Bryan works to create opportunities for engagement, client autonomy, and genuine social/emotional connections through client-let therapeutic experiences. He has experience working with individuals with autism, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, depression, and anxiety in group and individual settings.
While not at work, Bryan enjoys hiking, biking, writing and performing music, and checking out new restaurants.

About Me
Sarah tailors therapy using vocals, songwriting, guitar, piano, ukulele, percussion, and more, supporting individuals with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, schizophrenia, substance use disorders, and dementia.
Beyond therapy, she enjoys reading, painting, traveling, weightlifting, baking, and family time.

With a background in music therapy and education, Lydia leads individual and group sessions in schools, residential care, client homes, and early childhood programs. She specializes in autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, sensory processing challenges, cerebral palsy, anxiety, epilepsy, and other developmental disabilities, tailoring therapy through vocals, piano, guitar, ukulele, and percussion.
Beyond therapy, Lydia enjoys reading, traveling, golf, and discovering new coffee shops and restaurants.
